문제에 다음과 같이 파일 하나를 주는데 이를 다운받아서 열면
다음과 같은 text를 주는데
처음에 카이사르 같아서 디코딩 툴에 넣었는데.
caesar 함수가 아니여서 치환함수같아 새로운 사이트를 찾아서 대입해보았습니다.
